ABOUT US

The Shevet Foundation is a not-profit community that has been operating for more than two decades, led by IDF alpinist unit officer Eyal Yarimi. We support wounded IDF veterans, athletes with disabilities, and victims of the October 7th attacks through rehabilitative activities in adaptive extreme sports – strengthening a sense of capability, resilience, and self-confidence.

RANGE OF ACTIVITIES

Adaptive ski

Adaptive ski programs as an effective treatment to restore the resilience and personal confidence of wounded IDF veterans, through the challenge of practicing snow skiing.

Extreme sea sport programs like rowing, surfski and more, to enhance levels of self-confidence and resilience among IDF wounded veterans and injured from southern Israel, helping them achieve full independence, and ease their social integration.
